Roof Anchor Points

Design, supply and installation of roof anchor point systems for fall arrest and restraint across commercial, industrial and residential buildings.

Overview

Roof anchor points form the basis of any personal fall protection system. They provide a secure connection between the worker and the structure, allowing maintenance and construction tasks to be performed at height with controlled risk. We design, supply and install anchor point systems across all roof types including metal deck, concrete, tile and membrane roofs. All anchor devices are rated to AS 5532 and every installation is verified to AS/NZS 1891.4. Each anchor is proof load tested on completion.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many roof anchor points does my building need?

The number depends on your roof layout, the type of work being performed, and the fall zones identified in a height safety assessment. We conduct a thorough site survey and design a system that provides safe coverage for all maintenance access requirements.

How often do roof anchor points need to be inspected?

Australian Standards require roof anchor points to be inspected by a competent person at least every 12 months, or after any fall event. Our annual inspection service includes visual checks, pull testing where required, and recertification documentation.

Can anchor points be installed on any roof type?

Yes. We install anchor points on metal deck, concrete, tile, membrane and composite roof systems. The fixing method and anchor type are selected based on the roof substrate, structural capacity and waterproofing requirements.
